First and foremost we would like to thank all clients
for their continual support and contribution in making Andalucia.com an
invaluable reference to this beautiful region of Spain.
Estepona Office
We would also like to announce the forthcoming expansion
of the company with the launch of the sister company Andalucia Web Solutions
and the future move to the new 200 m2 offices situated in Estepona Port.
At the moment we are at the planning permission stage and the relocation
will take place in 2005.
Search Engine
Carlo Piran our Search Engine guru represented us in the
world Search Engine conference in New York as more and more clients realise
the true value of Search Engine Optimisation. Carlo prides himself in
keeping up to date in new advances in this field.
Technical
We would also like to welcome on board Bradley Tossa.
He is a computer science and business undergraduate from Loughborough
University. He is currently working on a number of technical projects
including updated and expanding our internal “trabajos” or
work order program which manages our work flow and quality control.
Launch of Sister Company
Our sister company has now been launched. Andalucia Web
solutions (AWS) will provide, search engine friendly web design, search
engine optimisation, internet marketing consultancy, hosting and other
related internet services, that help our clients achieve success from
their web presence. This leaves Andalucia.com to develop the website as
a media company with a clear aim to increase visitors.

Photo Exhibition
We would like to invite all clients and friends to a forthcoming
photo exhibition at Hotel Fuerte Grazalema on Sunday 14th November. The
inauguration cocktail will be at 12.30 am. Michelle will be exhibiting
a collection of photos entitled Vision of Andalucia. An invitation may

Customer Service Ticket
In order to help serve our clients with technical queries
Andalucia Web Solutions has launched a customer service ticket system.
Clients should complete a brief form and a numbered ticket will be issued.
All client comments and all our responses will be recorded on the ticket
making it easier to track issues. Ticket will be closed as issues are
resolved making it easier to track open tickets or unresolved issues.
